Accountabilities: 1.Rate Quotes for NAG region customersHandle rate inquiries on all trade/bounds for NAG region customers2.Bids/Tenders Handling for NAG regionRates, surcharges, service particulars input for bids/tenders participation3. CSO/Agreement Builder processing4. CPF Maintenance including update in contacts, notifications, etc.5. Sales & Customer ReportsBeing responsible for running reports on regular basis to all region sales in NAG in order to have common & standard tool in measuring performance.6. Third-Party Portals Utilization• GT Nexus system usage – Being familiar with GT Nexus system to handle rate inquiries, bids requests.• Acuitive Solutions – Audit bls for customers to solve freight discrepancy Requirements: • College graduate or above• Hardworking, team work sprit, mature, open-minded, customer-driven• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure• CET 6 is the minimum, above is preferred• Good in both oral and written
